Return Policy:

At Rue Avenue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully delighted with your Rue product, you have the option to return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We offer two alternatives for returns: a store credit or an exchange.

Please take note of the following guidelines for returns:

1. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup.
   
   
2. All labels and tags must remain attached to the product.
   
   
3. For hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns on underwear, socks, and accessories.
   
   
4. Kindly be aware that Rue Avenue does not provide refunds at this time.
   
   

We do not offer free returns at this stage. However, the cheapest way you can get your items to us is by sending your package back in the same bag it came with. This will save you money, and will be better for the environment!

Note that shipping fees cover the shipping and handling costs for your initial order and are non-refundable in the case of a return.

Lastly, please be aware that sale items are not eligible for return.
