USE OF ONLINE STORE

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

(a) Some products or services may be available exclusively online and have limited quantities with return or exchange options.

(b) We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy due to variations in computer monitors.

(c) We reserve the right to limit sales to specific regions and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

(d) We do not warrant that purchased products will meet your expectations, and we are not responsible for errors in the Service.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have completed your purchase a confirmation email will automatically be sent to your email address.

If the product is not in stock the customer will be informed before the delivery. We will ask the customer if she or he wants to replace it with another similar product. If not, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned back within 30 days.

The receipt will be sent to your email address.

 

SHIPPING

(a) Orders are processed and delivered on weekdays, except during national holidays.

(b) Dispatch times depend on the order placement time and may be delayed during high-volume periods.

(c) For international orders, duties and taxes may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are at the customers own expense.

 

RETURNS

(a) New Zealand customers can return items within 30 days for store credit and exchanges, with shipping costs at the customer's discretion.

 (b) International customers can also return items within 30 days, but shipping costs are not covered by Rue Avenue Activewear.

(c) Return requirements include the item being unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and meeting other specified criteria.

(d) for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, and accessories.

 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

(a) We reserve the right to refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

(b) You agree to provide accurate and current account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

OPTIONAL TOOLS

(a) We may provide access to third-party tools but disclaim any warranties or endorsements related to their use.

(b) Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review their terms of service.

 

MOBILE MESSAGING SERVICE

(a) Our mobile message service operates under Rue Avenue Activewear Ltd and sends recurring SMS/text messages with your consent.

(b) By using the Service, you agree to receive such messages from us and are responsible for all associated charges imposed by your wireless provider.

(c) You may opt-out of the Service at any time.

 

SAMPLE COLLECTION

This collection offers items with minor faults at discounted prices. Faults are described on each product page, and customers are subject to New Zealand Consumer Law.

 

PRE-ORDERS

We do our best to provide accurate delivery dates for pre-sale items, but delays may occur.
